Returns and Exchanges FAQ

Easy returns & product exchanges.
We've made returns and product exchanges easy! We offer you 30day guaranteed exchanges or refunds. You need to have RMA# from us before sending anything back to us. Just follow the below directions. We process your request within 24 hours.

 

Easy Return Process

  1. Please Click "CONTACT US" and please select "Defective Product Inquiry"
  2. Please explain us about the cartridge's problem.
  3. In our reply email, we will send you the RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization#).
  4. Once we receive the toner cartridges from you, we will inspect it and exchange or refund it.

 

Returns without RMA#
If your return is received without the RMA you will automatically be charged a 25% re-stocking fee.

Pricing differences for exchanged product.
If you ask for an exchange for a different product than the one you return to us, we will issue a credit to you for the difference in price if the new product costs less. If the new product costs more, we will charge your credit card for the difference.

If you need a cartridge very quickly.
If you need a cartridge quickly for your printer, please buy a cartridge at 007toner.com because we will process your order immediately and ship the cartridge to you within 24 hours. In this way, you will have a cartridge on the way to you while we process your return.

Very important notice about returns.
Once we receive the return request email from you, we will email you a ruturn authorization number. Our automated system helps us keep cost down and prices low. PLEASE WRITE YOUR RMA# ON THE PACKAGE. IF YOU DON'T USE OUR NUMBER, YOUR REPLACEMENT OR REFUND WILL BE DELAYED BECAUSE IT WON'T WORK IN OUR AUTOMATED SYSTEM. Many thanks in advance for your understanding.

Timing of refunds or exchanges.
Within 24 hours of receiving your product, we will issue a refund to you or send out a replacement as you specified. Unfortunately, we have no control over the post office or other shippers so we can only guess how long your product will take to get to us. Also, we have no control over credit card companies – although they usually take only a few days to credit your card, sometimes they take longer.

What happens if you send me the wrong cartridge?
If we send you the wrong cartridge, we will replace it with the correct cartridge no questions asked. Just follow the Easy Returns Process and follow the instructions. We will email you back a return authorization to send the wrong product back to us and let you know any refund or additional cost in exchange for the correct product.

What happens if I order the wrong product?
If you order the wrong cartridge or other product by mistake or if you no longer have the printer for the cartridge, no problem! We will exchange the wrong product for the correct one. Just follow the Easy Returns Process and follow the instructions. We will email you back a RMA# to send the wrong product back to us and let you know any refund or additional cost in exchange for the correct product. If customer received free shipping and is returning the wrong ordered product, a $10.00 charge will be applied to order.

What do I do if I receive a duplicate order from you or extra product?
Our mistake. Just keep it.

What if I receive a defective product?
If we sent you a defective product, we sincerely apologize. We will gladly send you a replacement or refund your purchase price in full. You have to have RMA# from us before sending anything back to us. Just follow the Easy Returns Process and follow the instructions. All defective products must be returned in the original packaging. Once the product is received it will be tested. If it is working properly 25% re-stocking fee will apply. Products returned without original packaging will be charge 25% restocking fees automatically even if the cartridge is defective.

Unopened Merchandise

 

Unopened merchandise may be refunded within 30 days of the order being placed. To receive a full refund (not including shipping) product must be in its original packaging, not opened. If product is open (ex. seal is pulled) a 25% re-stocking fee will apply.

Opened Merchandise

 

If within the 30 day refund & exchange policy and your product is opened a 25% re-stocking fee will apply.

Do you charge me for returning products to you?
All shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the event that we ship you the wrong items. If you ordered the wrong product or want to exchange a product for another, you pay for the return postage.
